WARRANTY

 

All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft warrants to the owner that it will during the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft Warranty Period, at it’s option, repair, replace at the manufacturers PREMISES any part of the vehicle (except those parts excluded from the warranty) which it finds to be defective in factory materials or workmanship under normal use and operation provided that:

 

(a) The PART has not become defective as a result or consequence of the OWNERS failure to properly maintain, use, or operate the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY in accordance with the recommendations and instructions, and capacity and operating limitations, specified for the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY by All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft.

 

(b) The All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY is, under normal circumstances, delivered at the owners expenses to the manufacturers premises for the carrying out of any inspections and subsequent work related to all warranty claims, as soon as possible after the need for such service becomes apparent.

 

Unless All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft expressly agrees (in writing), the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft WARRANTY will not apply to any defect in, or which is attributed to, or to the use of, any MODIFICATION made to the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY, unless such MODIFICATION has been made by or at the direction of, All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft (in writing).

 

NOTE:

1. WARRANTY PERIOD is valid as specified below:-

 

MAIN BODY ASSEMBLY CONSTRUCTION - 6 months

ENGINE (under warranty from MVVS) - 6 months

FUTABA RADIO SYSTEM (Under warranty from FUTABA)

 

2. The following components are not covered by warranty due to the nature of their application:

Air-cushion skirt

Propeller

Sponge filter 

3. The OWNER will be required to bear all costs and expenses incurred in taking the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY to, and in collecting it from, the MANUFACTURERS PREMISES.

 

The explanation of some of the WARRANTY TERMS and CONDITIONS are set out below:

1. The All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY IDENTIFICATION details recorded in the beginning of this manual are required by the MANUFACTURER whenever you request action under the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY WARRANTY.

2. If as a result of a defect which is covered by the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY WARRANTY, the hovercraft TOY cannot be operated, or cannot be operated safely, you should cease operation immediately and contact the MANUFACTURER to arrange for the MANUFACTURER to carry out appropriate action in accordance with the WARRANTY.

3. The All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY WARRANTY covers only the repair, replacement, at the MANUFACTURER’S PREMISES of those parts of the hovercraft TOY which are found by All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft to be defective in factory materials or workmanship during the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY WARRANTY PERIOD. No other type of claim for compensation, of whatever nature, will be recognized under the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY WARRANTY.

4. No claim whatsoever will be accepted for maintenance cost of the All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft TOY since they do not arise from defects in factory materials or workmanship.

5. ANY UNAUTHORISED MODIFICATIONS OR REPAIRS TO THE ALL LANDER REMOTE CONTROL TURBO HOVERCRAFT TOY IMMEDIATELY VOIDS ALL WARRANTY RIGHTS.

 

While the minimum maintenance requirements are listed in the maintenance schedule provided with the hovercraft TOY, climatic and operating conditions or driving habitats may require the performance of additional maintenance services. Please refer any quires to the manufacturer who can advise you on these matters.
