All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also may require additional verifications of information before accepting your order. 4 - Delivery Instructions and Time Frames All items purchased from All Lander RC Remote Control Shop are subject to availability at the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that we will run out of stock the customer may experience a short delay before the goods are delivered. 5 - Shipping Policy Every shipment will take place in two working days from confirmed delivery day. You will be charged AU$ 25.00 for any shipment that is refused. All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. For items purchased using our Shop the shipping and handling is based on actual cost. Every international shipment must be insured. All other taxes applied to a country of destination are customer cost. Australian Post is our primary shipper offering different international services (the choice is yours): AIR MAIL INTERNATIONAL- delivery up to 10 days ECONOMY AIR - delivery up to 30 days SEA MAIL - delivery up to 60 days Our Shop calculate price for the shipping, handling and insurance base on weight of your parcel. To select right cost you will be prompt to find your country zone and to calculate parcel weight (using weight of ordered products and their number) if it is "up to" or "over" 2kg. Then you confirm right cost by selecting proper shipping option. 6 - Payment Methods We accept Visa, American Express or MasterCard for all Australian and international online payments. We also accept bank transfers, bank cheques, further we will accept personal and/or company cheques under the understanding that delivery will take place not sooner than after completion of payment transaction. 7 - Return Policy We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine or filing the fuel in to the craft, wearing and/or washing apparel, or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Cost of shipment, handling and insurance are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be send back to All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft at your own cost. 8 - Refund Procedures We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from All Lander Remote Control Hovercraft and refund will be given under the conditions: - All purchased items must be send back to All Lander Remote Control Turbo Hovercraft factory at your own cost. - Cost of shipment, handling and insurance are not refundable. - A 10% restocking fee will apply. - It will not be any fee if we will have not post your items yet. - We will send refund cheque to you without delay after we will receive back the products or your order cancellation.
